Event Description:

Question for evaluators...when was the last time you evaluated your own skill set and values? What aspects of your work bring you the most fulfillment? If you’ve spent years deep in quantitative data but felt something was missing, or if you’ve dreamed of applying your evaluation skills in a different way, this workshop is for you.

Many evaluators have untapped skills and passions waiting to be explored. This interactive session will help you uncover dormant talents, identify what truly excites you about evaluation, and explore ways to apply your expertise in new and rewarding ways. Through guided exercises, including the FAB (Features, Advantages, Benefits) method and STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Results) stories, you'll gain clarity on your strengths and learn how to effectively communicate your value in new career paths.
