Different administrations have shaped the role of evaluation in various ways. This panel discussion will explore how evaluation has changed across multiple administrations, with a particular focus on how evaluation was used to influence policy, the unique challenges and success that came from changes in leadership, and what evaluation might look like in the coming years. Our distinguished panelists have experienced these transitions across many administrations, and have a deep understanding of the evolving role of evaluation in their areas of expertise. This event is planned in conjunction with TEI’s March 6-18 evaluation training program and is co-organized by the Washington Evaluators and The Evaluators Institute (TEI).
