Visitor Bios
Ms. Saule Khamzina is of the founders of the National Monitoring and Evaluation Network of the Kyrgyz Republic and member of IPEN since 2006. She has more than 10 years M&E experience with international organizations. Ms Khamzina has experience in developing M&E system for the Ministry of Education, Kyrgyz Republic. Ms Khamzina developed modules and conducted trainings for the government and NGOs representatives on result-based management, developing monitoring and evaluation tools, data analysis and reporting. She participated in various national and international workshops and conferences on M&E. In the National Network, she is responsible for the professional development of the Network members. Currently, she works as M&E Manager for the USAID funded Quality Reading Project.
Mr. Farhod Khamidov is the founder of the Monitoring and Evaluation Community of Practice of Tajikistan. He is member of IPEN since 2008, AEA since 2012-2013 and IDEAS since 2011. He has over 10 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, planning and implementation with emphasis on the Education, Health, Water and Sanitation, Social Protection sectors, as well as Gender equity, Food Security and Poverty reduction in Tajikistan, Cambodia and Jordan. Mr Khamidov possesses extensive knowledge and experience in building and strengthening M&E systems and mechanisms as well as performance monitoring and reporting of large organisations and public sector. Specialize in evaluations, surveys (MICS, LSMS, DHS), studies, M&E systems, networking, databases, use and dissemination of evidence. In-depth experience in national evaluation capacity development, including establishment and strengthening of national evaluation society, community of practice (Tajikistan and Cambodia).
Mr. Alisher Nazirov has over 10 years of extensive experience in program/project monitoring and evaluation gained with UNDP, UNFAO and UNWFP. He participated and coordinated work on developing and implementing complex M&E systems for various programmes and projects in the area of development and emergencies. This encompasses the design of projects and programs, developing logical frameworks and M&E plans, data and evidence collection and analysis, arranging and conducting evaluations, preparing reports and so on. Of particular note, his experience in leading M&E for projects at the local level and complex programmes at the national level, including Tajikistan national mid-term development strategy and local development programmes. He currently works as a Project Manager for UNDP-UNEP Poverty-Environment Initiative.
