In 2016, more than 25 percent of Washington Evaluators' members participated in the American Evaluation Association's annual conference as presenters, discussants, and chairs. And this year the AEA conference is returning to DC, from November 6-11. Why is this important you ask? Well, the deadline for submitting conference session proposals is rapidly approaching—Thursday March 16.
We all know how easy is to procrastinate when it comes to developing and submitting your conference proposal so Washington Evaluators members William (Bill) Pate and Matt Von Hendy are hosting a happy hour to help this process along. Come and toss around proposal ideas with your fellow evaluators!
Where and When: Tunnicliff’s Tavern (222 7th St SE, near Eastern Market Metro) Monday, March 6th 6-8 PM
This informal happy hour is also an excellent excuse to catch up with old friends and colleagues and meet new ones. So even if you are not working on AEA proposal come on down!
